Our church was founded April 2001 with five members and
Rev. Dewey W. Edwards seeking for a place to practice their faith so it was voted on to hold service out of Rev. Dewey W.
Edwards house until the membership grew. It took three months and our membership grew from 6 - 12 members then we moved
to the downtown YWCA where we stayed for six months renting space to hold our service, however, we are still going strong
in the Lord.
With each challenge we have encountered,
we became stronger in our faith.
We invite you to become a part of the church today and a piece of its history
tomorrow.
We are presently looking for individuals who are looking for a church
home and want to work in the service of the Lord and grow in the christain faith.
We are church where everyone is somebody no matter what walk of
life you come from. The church is where everyone should be. Jesus made the invitation many years ago so why dont you come
and be apart of his family.
